Where has 2025 gone? I find it hard to believe that we are fast approaching another Christmas time and the end of another year,. As we start to plan and prepare for this Christmas time, may we remember the true reason that we are celebrating. The presents, cards and parties are not the important things, it is the fact that Jesus gave up everything for you and for me, to be born in a smelly, noisy, dirty stable, to start His life, here on earth as a human, so that He could experience the same sufferings as we do, and then to die in our place so that we can know forgiveness and a renewed relationship with God.
I know that it seems very early, but I do pray that you will all know God’s blessing and peace over the Christmas period.
Noah’s Ark Request
Gill Brownell and Karen are still looking for someone to help them with Noah’s Ark. Following Cathy’s move they are looking for someone who is willing to come along and help the grandma who comes along to do the refreshments. There are also occasions when one or other of them is unable to be there and it would be good to have someone (or a team of people) who are willing to step in and help with the setting up and running of the morning.
If you are interested in either finding out more, or helping with these requests, then please speak to Gill or Karen.

And finally!
A man sent his friend a cryptic Christmas card.
It said: ‘A B C D E F G H I J K M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z’
The recipient puzzled over it for weeks, finally giving up and wrote asking for an explanation.
In July he received the explanation on a postcard: “No L.”
